These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility:
1. Entry is open to bona fide caterers from Great Britain. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Employees and their families of Pritchitts or Lakeland Dairy Sales, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. Internet access required for all entries except NI.
3. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
4. Free sample giveaway codes are not valid in the promotion.
Entry Process:
5. Entry to the promotion in Great Britain is subject to submitting a unique code from the pack of a Millac Gold Double carton along with contact details at www.millacgolddouble.co.uk. In Northern Ireland, as well as being able to enter via the website, entries can be submitted without the code by sending your name, address, place of work, telephone number and email address to Trade Marketing Manager, The Weekly Windfall (NI), Pritchitts, Kingfisher House, 21-23 Elmfield Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 1LT England.
6. There is no limit on the number of entries submitted from any one entrant, as long as they are all unique codes from separate cartons. For Northern Ireland, each individual posted entry will be counted as one entry into the free prize draw and again there is no limit on the number of posted entries that can be submitted from an individual entrant. Although entries are not restricted, only one prize will be awarded per establishment.
7. The promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any lost, delayed or damaged entries via the website or postal route. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
Promotional Period:
8. The Weekly Windfall promotion opens Monday 5th February 2018 at 12.00am and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 27th May 2018.
The Draws:
9. The Weekly Windfall draw will take place every Monday throughout the promotional period, with the first winner drawn on Monday 12th February 2018 (for all entries received between 5th February and 11th February 2018). Entries from one minute past midnight to the following midnight will be taken as entries for that day. Any entries submitted before 5th February 2018 or after midnight on 27th May 2018 will not be counted.
10. Each draw will take place via a random number selection and will be independently supervised.
The Prize:
11. There are 12 x £100 Love2shop e-vouchers to be won (one per week through the promotion period). Each winner will receive this as a Love2Shop e-code which will be emailed to the address provided at entry.
12. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize or reward (as applicable) of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
13. Love2shop is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
Winner Notification:
14. The winner may be announced on Twitter and posted on the www.millacgolddouble.co.uk webpage.
General:
15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
16. Entrants must get permission from their employer before entering the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to verify this with the employer and disqualify the entrant if permission is not granted.
17. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the promoter reserves the right to terminate or modify the promotion or to modify these rules at any time.
18. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.
19. The prize winners’ full names and counties will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Trade Marketing Manager, The Weekly Windfall (NI), Pritchitts, Kingfisher House, 21-23 Elmfield Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 1LT England.
20. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it believes have not been made in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding in all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
22. Data Protection: the Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless you have opted in via the tick box on the entry form. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
